To make a booking at Gregson Lane Community Centre:

  1. Read the documents: Terms and Conditions of Hire and Hire Charges.
  2. Go to the calendar page. Check availability. Click on New Booking and fill in the form.

Please observe the following points as it will help you and the unpaid volunteers who run the Hall.

  • Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up at the beginning and clearing up after your event.  We allow a 30 minute period for setting/clearing up that we do not charge for, but you need to include this in the time booked for your event.
  • You will receive an invoice by email  prior to your event.  Please make sure that your invoice has been paid at least 5 days before your event otherwise it will be assumed you do not wish to use the venue and the booking will be cancelled . This applies to single events.
  • Normally on the day of your event someone will meet you at the centre at the time of the booking unless you have been notified of  a different option.
  • Please read through the "Terms and Conditions of Hire" which includes all necessary information about hire of the hall
