To make a booking at Great Sutton Village Hall:
- Read the documents: Terms and Conditions of Hire and Hire Charges.
- Go to the calendar page. Check availability. Click on New Booking and fill in the form.

IMPORTANT - We do not take bookings for teen parties, this includes 18th and 21st as the security required nowadays is too excessive.
If you are Booking for a wedding please contact [email protected] as these usually require extra time and will need to be organised and payed extra for.
Please observe the following points as it will help you and the unpaid volunteers who run the Hall.
- Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up at the beginning and clearing up after your event, we allow ½hr before and after your event any extra time taken will incur costs, please make sure any bouncy castles or other equipment is collected promptly.
- Please make sure your deposit is with the Administrator no longer than 3 Weeks after you book as the bookings are confirmed online and sent to the Treasurer If you have not sent your Deposit we will re-let your day/time to somebody else.
- If you have an alcohol license form that must be signed off by the Management Committee please ensure the Administrator receives the paperwork before the first Committee meeting after you book which is usually held on the first Thursday of every month.
