Directions to Gamesley Community Centre

From the East (Glossop & Sheffield side)
- Head west on the A57 (Snake Pass) towards Glossop.
- Continue into Glossop town centre and follow signs for Gamesley / Charlesworth (A626).
- At the roundabout by Tesco, take the first exit onto Glossop Brook Road / A626.
- Follow the A626 out of town, then turn right onto Melandra Castle Road (signed for Gamesley).
- Continue along Melandra Castle Road – the Community Centre and free car park will be on your right.
From the West (Manchester & Stockport side)
- Take the M67 eastbound, which becomes the A57 towards Glossop.
- At Mottram, join the A57 Hyde Road following signs for Glossop.
- Continue on the A57 and take the right turn onto Woolley Bridge towards Glossop.
- Take the right hand turn towards Gamesley
- Turn right onto Melandra Castle Road. The Community Centre and car park will be on your right-hand side.

The nearest station is Glossop, with regular services from Manchester Piccadilly (journey time around 30 minutes).
From Glossop station, it’s a 5–10 minute taxi ride or a short bus journey (see below) to the Community Centre.
Alternative station: Dinting, which is slightly closer but has fewer bus connections.

Bus 341 (Glossop – Gamesley – Hyde) stops close to Melandra Castle Road.
Bus 394 (Glossop – Stepping Hill – Stockport) also serves Gamesley.
From Manchester / Hyde:
The 341 bus runs from Hyde through Hattersley to Gamesley.
Buses typically stop within a short walk of the Community Centre.
