To make a booking at Frome Canoe Club:             

For one off bookings:

1. Click or press on the calendar button on this website to view the calendar, you can see the current availability and the times it is already booked out.
2. Click or press on the “green plus icon” on the date you require.
3. Now fill out your details on the form.
4. At the bottom you now click “review booking” and you can check your booking details.
5. Now click “send to booking secretary”.
6. When your booking is confirmed; you will then be emailed a confirmation email. 
   (We will get back to you as soon as possible; usually within a few hours)

For regular/ repeating bookings:

(Making your own account allows you to make repeat bookings, make changes to a booking, check your booking history and future booking)

Please observe the following points as it will help you and the volunteer booking secretary and others who run the clubhouse.

• Your booking is not confirmed until you have received a “confirmation email” from us.
• Please be aware that the kitchen area is included when booking the                 ”downstairs space”. 
  If you only book the upstairs space we cannot guarantee the availability or access to the kitchen area as other hirers may be using it. If other hirers are not using it then you are welcome to use the kitchen area.
  We do have the option to hire the whole clubhouse so you can use the kitchen by selecting both rooms on the booking form.
• Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up at the beginning and clearing up after your event.
• Please ensure you have cleaned and tidied up  the  rooms  you have used before the end of your time slot to ensure the next hirers can start on-time.
• Please read through the "Terms and Conditions of Hire" which includes all necessary information including where and how to collect keys etc.
