To make a booking at Freckleton Village Memorial Hall:

1. Go to the calendar page. Check availability.
2. Select New Booking and enter your details. This is just a request to book and is subject to approval.
3. Read the documents: Terms and Conditions of Hire and Hire Charges.
4. Contact the bookings administrator (Contact details below) if you have any specific queries.
5. Confirm by email to  [email protected] that you have read and agreed to the Terms & Conditions.

Please observe the following points as it will help you and the unpaid volunteers who run the Hall.

• Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up at the beginning and clearing up after your event.
• Please make sure that your payment is made by the weekend before your event
• Please read through the "Terms and Conditions of Hire" which includes all necessary information including conditions when using a bouncy castle. Your booking request confirms you have read and agree to the Terms & Condition.
