To make a booking at Fraser Hall:

  1. Please read the Terms and Conditions of Hire and the Hall Hire Charges
  2. Go to the calendar page. Check availability. Click on New Booking and fill in the form.
  3. You MUST select the facilities you require in addition to the main hall such as the media equipment or the kitchen. (There is no additional charge for use of the media equipment and see the hall hire Charges document for information about use of the kitchen).

Please observe the following points as it will help you and the unpaid volunteers who run the Hall.

  • Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up at the beginning and clearing up after your event. There is a 15 min grace period before and after a booking period to assist with setting up, closing down and managing safe use of the car park for events. If you need longer than 15 mins to set up/close down please book the hall for an extra 30 minutes.
  • Please ensure  you have read read through the "Terms and Conditions of Hire, the Safeguarding Policy and the documentation for any equipment you wish to use.
  • If you are not a regular weekly hirer, please ensure you turn the heating dial down to 9 when you leave. Thank you.
