To make a booking at The Catholic Parish Our Lady & St Joseph:
- Read the documents: Terms and Conditions of Hire.
- Go to the calendar page. Check availability. Click on New Booking and fill in the form.

Please observe the following points as it will help you and the unpaid volunteers who run the Hall.
- Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up at the beginning and clearing up after your event.
- Please make sure that your booking form contains all information about your hire.
- You will receive two emails; the first one will be an automated acknowledgment of your booking request having been received (provisional booking) and the second email will be your booking confirmation (once we have accepted your booking).
- Shortly after your booking has been confirmed, you will receive an invoice via email from hall booking online. Please ensure you invoice is paid in full by the required time.
- Please ensure you email a copy of your Public Liabilities insurance certificate or that of any external suppliers you might be using during or for your hirer, are emailed to [email protected] at least seven days prior to your hire period commencing.
- Please read through the "Terms and Conditions of Hire" which includes all necessary information including where and how to collect keys etc.
