About Farndon Village Memorial Hall

You can hire the hall for many occasions. There are several rooms of different sizes. We are happy to take bookings from regular users or one-off hires. 

The hall is licenced for live and recorded music along with performance of dance. For all other licensable activities, the hirer will require a separate Temporary Events Notice obtainable from Newark and Sherwood District Council. If  activity requires a PRS/PPL licence, the hirer will need to provide their own. 

Our hall has level access to all rooms and hope you will find it accessible and suitable to your needs. We are happy to admit well behaved dogs with their owners.

Helping Hands Wanted. 

Many hands make light work, they say. If you have a few hours to spare, for one off projects or regularly and would like to help the volunteers of the FMH committee run the hall, please get in touch. We are currently looking for volunteers happy to help with planting our planters, painting walls and general redecorating.
