To make a booking at Farmborough Memorial Hall:
- Read the documents: Terms and Conditions of Hire and Hire Charges.
- Go to the calendar page. Check availability. Click on New Booking and fill in the form. If you are booking a private event such as a birthday party please enter “Private Booking” in the event title because this information is public.

Please observe the following points as it will help you and the volunteers who run the Hall.
- Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up at the beginning and clearing up after your event.
- Please make sure that your payment has been received by the booking clear/treasurer by the weekend before your event.
- Please read through the "Terms and Conditions of Hire" which includes all necessary information including how the hall will be opened for you prior to your booked time.
- Check our FAQ document for useful information about the hire of the hall.
