To make a booking at Fakenham Community Centre:

  1. Read the documents: Terms and Conditions of Hire and User Rates.
  2. Go to the calendar page. Check availability. Click on New Booking and fill in the form.

Please observe the following points as it will help you and the managerment team who run the Hall.

  • Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up at the beginning and clearing up after your event.
  • Please make sure that your booking form and payment is with the Booking Secretary 28 days before your event as the bookings are only confirmed online if this condition is met.  If the booking is made with less than 28 days’ notice payment is required with the booking.  Contact the Booking Secretary to make arrangements.
  • If you have are serving alcohol at your event and taking payment a personal licence is require. A copy of which will be require to confirm the booking.  If you are serving alcohol but do not charge this will require the permission of the Centre Trustees.  Please request this in writing and forward it to the centre email address. Trustees meet once a month and the booking secretary will confirm their decision by email.
  • Please read through the "Terms and Conditions of Hire"
  • Keys are issued at the discretion of the centre manager.  The centre is normally open from 8am to 10pm Monday to Friday and as required at the weekend.
  • All damages are to be paid for and the centre is to be left as found.
