How to book the Failand Village Hall:

1. Please read through the the documents at the bottom of this page, and watch the Failand Village Hall Video Walkaround.
2. Check the Hire Charges on the previous page.
3. Go to the Calendar page, check availability, click on New Booking and fill in the form, including times and numbers attending.

Please observe the following points, as they will help you and the unpaid volunteers who run the Hall.

• Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up at the beginning and clearing up after your event.
• Please make sure that your booking form, hall booking  fee and refundable deposit payments are complete before your event.
• Once all payments have been received, you will be provided with all the necessary information including how to access the Hall.

We will review your booking request and as appropriate send a link via email to for you to pay.  Please allow up to two working days to receive a response. The Village Hall is a charitable organisation run by volunteers, we will endeavour to reply as soon as possible.
