To make a booking at English Bridge Studios:
- Read the documents: Terms and Conditions and Hire Charges. These will apply to your booking once confirmed.
- Go to the calendar page. Check availability. Click on New Booking and fill in the form.

Please observe the following points:
- Please ensure you have booked enough time to cover set up at the beginning and clear away after your event.
- Once confirmed, please make sure that your payment is with the Studio Manager a week before your event.
- Please read through the "Using the hall" document which contains all the important information you need.
- Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event will incur a sliding charge of up to the full booking fee.
- If you will be running an event that includes licensable activities (alcohol sales, etc) you will need to make a Temporary Event Notice application to the Council and send us a copy of your TEN prior to the event.
