About Raven Studios at the English Bridge Workshop…

There are two light and spacious halls available here for hire for courses, activities, meetings and events. 

The Upper Hall is equipped with tables, chairs, staging, exhibition boards, easels and some storage, and has room for max 75 seated, 100 standing people. Current use includes life drawing, tai chi and painting groups, disco, live music.

The Lower Hall, a little smaller, is equipped with tables, chairs, exhibition boards and window shutters that convert to wall hanging space for exhibitions. Current use includes iconography teaching courses and art therapy sessions.

The Loft is a small space available in one of our shared studio rooms, accessed by a staircase. It is available for daily bookings, and suitable for desk-based activities. Wi-fi included, keyholder access by arrangement. 

The Viewing Deck is situated at The Market Hall, Shrewsbury, and is available for rent by any artist wishing to show their work there. The space is unstewarded but has a camera, and artists must have their own insurance for their work.
