To make a booking at Elsenham Memorial Hall:

• Read the documents: Terms and Conditions of Hire and Hire Charges.
• Go to the calendar page to Check Availability.
• Click on New Booking and fill in the form.

          Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up at the beginning and clearing up after your event.

          Note: If you have any queries,

• You will receive confirmation of the booking from the Bookings Administrator by email from  [email protected] with details of how to make payment.
• To secure your booking please ensure that your payment is made as soon as possible.
• When your payment has been received your booking will be  confirmed  by email from  [email protected] with details of how to visit the hall in advance of your booking and where to collect the keys etc.
