To make a booking at Eloquent Arts Centre:

1. Read the documents: Terms and Conditions of Hire and Hire Charges.
2. Go to the calendar page. Check availability. Click on New Booking and fill in the form.

Please observe these important points: 

• Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up at the beginning and clearing up after your event.
• Your booking is only confirmed until payment is made.

Please read through the "Terms and Conditions of Hire" which includes all important information and terms for this booking. Your booking request is a confirmation to us that you have read the terms and conditions of Hire and have agreed to it.  

MINIMUM BOOKING TIME REQUIREMENT

• If you are booking a weekly regular slot you must book for a minimum of 2hours
• If you are booking a one off booking the minimum amount of hours for any booking is 3hours.

To view the Centre:

There are tentative dates to come over to the centre for viewing. Viewings are possible on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays between 12noon to 6 pm, but you can only come in by appointment.
