To make a booking at Ellingham Village Hall, Northumberland NE67 5HA.

• Go to the Calendar by clicking through on the button above and check availability.

IF THE DATE THAT YOU WANT APPEARS TO BE BOOKED THEN PLEASE CONTACT US AND WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO ACCOMMODATE YOU.

• Click on  (+) New Booking on your preferred date and fill in the form.
• Your booking time must include time to set up and clear away.
• You will receive an email accepting your booking as PROVISIONAL.
• We will be in touch with you to confirm a final cost. Once agreed you will then receive an email to CONFIRM your booking.

Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up in advance of your event and to clear up afterwards. 

If you have an alcohol licence that must be approved by the Committee in advance of your event.

Read the documents: Hire Rates, Hire Agreement, Safeguarding. 

You will need to sign and return the Hire Agreement once the booking is confirmed by us.

You can pay via BACS or cheque. Payee details will be on the invoice you will receive. 

Please make sure that your payment is with the us by the weekend before your event. 

Contact us to arrange access code to the front door of the Hall.
