To make a booking at Eastwell Village Hall:

1. Please read our documents: Terms and Conditions of Hire and Hire Charges.
2. Go to the calendar page.
3. Check availability.
4. Click on New Booking and fill in the form.

Please note the following points :-

• Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up at the beginning and clearing up after your event.
• You will receive a confirmation email of your booking request followed by another email once it is approved.
• For one off bookings, we will raise an invoice to you for the whole amount due and once payment is received your booking is confirmed. Regular hirers will be invoiced at the end of each month.
• We will arrange to meet you to open up the hall at a convenient time just before your hire commences.
• Regular hirers will receive a key code to enable self-access.
• Please read through the "Terms and Conditions of Hire" which includes all necessary information.
