To make a booking at Dundry Village Hall :

1. If you are unsure about booking online or have questions,  please ring or email (see below)
2. When an online booking is made, an invoice will shortly be sent to you to confirm your provisional booking. 
3. Payment must be made within 10 days of the invoice date; otherwise, the booking will be automatically cancelled.
4. All hirers are required to read the Emergency Fire Action Plan before making a booking.
5. Please read the Terms and Conditions of Hire and Hire Charges.
6. On the Calendar page, check availability. Click on New Booking and complete the form with your full name and address.
7. Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up at the beginning and clear up after your event.
8. Please complete your booking form at least one month before your event, if possible.
9. Your booking is not confirmed until full payment is made.
