To make a booking at Dulverton Parish Rooms:

1. Read the documents: Conditions of Hire and Use documents and Hire Charges.
2. Go to the calendar page. Check availability. Click on New Booking and fill in the form.

Please observe the following points as it will help you and the unpaid volunteers who run the Hall.

• Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up at the beginning and clearing up after your event.
• Please make sure that your booking form and online payment or cheque is with the Administrator and Treasurer by the weekend before your event as the bookings are only confirmed online once these have been received.
• If you plan to offer alcohol this must be approved by the Committee  (the Trustees). Please note we do not have a license of the sale of alcohol on the premises.
• Please read through the "Conditions of Hire and Condition of Use" which includes all necessary information including where and how to collect keys etc.
• Please read our Safeguarding notice and bear in mind you are responsible for your own and your groups safety.
