To make a booking at Dervaig Village Hall :
- Read the documents: Terms and Conditions and Hire Charges.
- Go to the calendar page. Check availability. Click on New Booking and fill in the form.
- Your booking is provisional until you receive a confirmation email, however if you have booked at short notice, there is no need to wait for a confirmation before using the Hall.
Please observe the following points as it will help you and the unpaid volunteers who run the Hall.
- Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up at the beginning and clear up after your event.
- If you book the main hall you can usually make casual use of the kitchen without additional charge. However if the kitchen is booked, please respect the person or group using it.
- If you expect to fill the car park, please include that space in your booking, there is no extra charge.
- If you require an alcohol licence, please let us know at least 5 weeks in advance, preferably more.
