TO MAKE A PROVISIONAL BOOKING AT DERRINGTON VILLAGE HALL.

You can book online or  please contact  our booking officer on Tel: 07709 941043    email: bookings@derringtonvillagehall.co.uk

 You can now check available dates and make a provisional booking by following the instructions below:

1. Go to the Calendar Page. Check availability.
2. Read the documents: Terms and Conditions of Hire and Hire Charges, (you will need to accept these when you make your booking)
3. Click on New Booking and fill in the form. (  Please note )  All Payments including deposit must be made within 72 hrs  to secure your booking.
4.   NO booking is secured  until the invoice is paid. 
    
5. Someone will contact you once payment has been received by our bank.

Please observe the following points as it will help you and the unpaid volunteers who run the Hall.

• Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up at the beginning and to clear up after your event any time delays will incur a  extra cost see terms and conditions.
