Welcome and thank you for booking Cranford Village Hall for your event.
To complete your booking please;
- Read the documents: Terms and Conditions of Hire and Hire Charges.
- Go to the Calendar page. Check availability. Click on New Booking and fill in the form.

Please observe the following points as it will help you and the unpaid volunteers who run the Hall.
- Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up at the beginning and clearing up after your event.
- Please make sure that your booking form is with the Administrator as soon as possible and it will be confirmed by email within 48 hours of receipt.
- Please note one week's notice of cancellation is required to avoid full charge for the booking.
- Please read through the "Terms and Conditions of Hire" which includes all necessary information including where and how to collect keys etc.
- Whenever possible the Caretaker will 'meet and greet', either before or at the start of your event to be sure you have all relevant information.
