You can currently make bookings up to the end of 2027

  • Read all the  documents provided on this site. They contain important information including Room Hire Charges and Conditions of Hire etc.
  • Go to the Calendar page. Check availability. Click on ‘New Booking’ on the date you require and fill in the form.
  • Once your booking is approved you will be issued with an invoice by email. This is payable within 7 days to secure your booking.
  • For large one off events a special deposit of £125 will be included in your invoice.
  • Please note that our premises are available to hire between 08:00am - 23:59pm Monday - Saturday, and 08:00am - 23:00pm on Sundays.

Making Multiple Bookings 

  • Book your chosen space for the first date that you require.
  • When you complete your booking you will be asked if you need to book the event again.
  • Click on the button to make a copy of your event.
  • Select your next date and re-enter your password to make your next booking.
  • Repeat for all further dates that you require.
  • A deposit is not required from our regular multiple bookers.
  • Multiple bookings are invoiced monthly for payment within 7 days.

Making Your Payments

  • Invoices can be paid by Bank Transfer. Please see details on your invoice.

Please observe the following points as it will help you and those volunteers who help to  run the hall and rooms

  • Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up at the beginning and to clear up after your event.
  • Please read through the "Conditions of Hire" which includes all necessary information including how to collect keys etc.
  • The Hirer must apply for a Temporary Events Notice for the sale of alcohol, see http://www.n-somerset.gov.uk/my-usiness/licensing/alcoholentertainment/tens/ *Please ensure the Administrator receives the paperwork before the event* 
  • The Hirer must ensure that they hold the relevant music licence as outlined at; https://www.gov.uk/licence-to-play-live-or-recorded-music *Please ensure the Administrator receives the paperwork before the event*
