To make a booking at Mark Bulman Parish Room:

Please read the following documents: 

  • Terms and Conditions of Hire,
  • Safeguarding Policy, and
  • Hire Charges

Proceed  to the calendar page, check availability, click on “New Booking” and complete the form.

Please observe the following points as it will help you and the unpaid volunteers who run the Hall.

  • Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up at the beginning and clearing up after your event.   We have built in an additional one hour for 30 minutes set up time and 30 minutes down time.  So, a booking of one hour requires a booking of two hours and so on.
  • Please make sure that your booking form and BACs is arranged with the Bookings Administrator by the weekend before your event as the bookings are confirmed online and sent to the Parish Treasurer and Stewards as soon as possible.
  • If you have an alcohol licence form that must be signed off by the Parish Room Management Committee beforehand.  Please  ensure that the Bookings Administrator receives the paperwork for consideration via email before the event.
  • Please read through the "Terms and Conditions of Hire" which includes all necessary information including where and how to collect keys etc.
