The simplest way to make a booking is to click on the Calendar page, and add a new booking for your event.

Fees

The Hall is £20 per hour, the Kitchen Cafe is £10 per hour. Fees are charged by the full hour. 

Events in excess of 2 hours will include a returnable cleaning deposit of £50. This is repaid if the venue has been left clean and tidy. Please see Standard Conditions of Hire paragraph 15.

Conditions of hire

The venue can be booked between 0800-2200 on weekdays, and 0800-2300 on Friday/Saturday. Please note that birthday parties for under 21s must finish by 9pm. If your event includes children or vulnerable adults you must fill out the Church's Safeguarding Agreement.

It is essential that you read the Standard Conditions of Hire, especially regarding cancellation, smoking, alcohol and parking.

Some notes to help us support you:

• Please check you have booked enough time to set up before and clear up after. There is a free 15-minute handover on either side. If you need more time, please include it in your booking.
• Your payment must be received by us within 7 days of booking. You can pay by bank transfer or Paypal. Details are on the booking confirmation email.
• If you want a recurring booking, add a note on the booking form
• If you plan to sell alcohol or have it served as part of paid catering, you will need an alcohol license. Please send a copy to [email protected]
