To make a booking at Recreation Field, Christow:

1. Read the documents: Field Hire Policy including Terms and Conditions and Hire Charges.
2. The Parish Council needs a minimum of 2 weeks notice for a booking to be confirmed.
3. Go to the calendar page. Check availability. Click on New Booking and fill in the form.
4. Bookings can also be made by downloading the booking form and emailing it to [email protected]

Please observe the following points as it will help you and the unpaid volunteers responsible for the  field.

• Please ensure you have booked enough time for your event.
• Please make sure that your booking form and payment is with the parish clerk by the weekend before your event as the bookings are confirmed online and details are passed to the person allowing you access to the field.
• Please read through the “Field Hiring Policy which included the rules and regulations”.
