To make a booking at Chobham Community Centre:
- Read the documents: Conditions of Hire, Health and Safety, Hire Charges, Floor Plans and Check List.
- Go to the calendar page. Check availability. Click on New Booking and fill in the form.

Please observe the following points as it will help you and the people who run the Hall.
- Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up at the beginning and clear up after your event.
- Please note we do not allow teenage parties.
- Please make sure that your booking form, indemnity check and full payment is with the Manager/payed by BACs the week before your event. (If you are hoping to be a regular hirer this does not apply and you will be advised further).
- If you wish to provide alcohol the hirer may need a Temporary Event Licence. The Manager must be consulted.
- Please read through all the documents which includes all necessary information including where and how to collect keys etc.
