To make a booking at St Paul's Church Hall, Charlestown:

Bookings can be made by anyone at anytime using the 'New Booking’ button on the calendar page next to the date required.  ALL BOOKINGS ARE PROVISIONAL UNTIL CONFIRMED AS APPROVED BY THE ADMINISTRATORS as we may need further information from you before confirming your booking.  ALL BOOKINGS ARE SUBJECT TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF HIRE.

1. Read the Terms and Conditions of Hire carefully, noting the hire charges and cancellation provisions.
2. Go to the calendar page. Check availability. Click on ‘New Booking’ and fill in the form.

Please observe the following points as it will help you and the volunteers who run the Hall.

• If you are planning on using outside catering or entertainment, please let us know on your booking form.
• Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up before your event and enough time to allow you to clear up after your event.
• All users must leave the hall in the same clean and tidy condition in which they find it.
• By submitting a booking request you are confirming you have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions of Hire
