To make a one-off or repeat booking at Christ Church Centre, New Catton:

- Go to the Calendar page.
- Check availability.
- Click on New Booking and fill in the form (no new bookings will be taken within 8 days of the required date).
- If you are a new hirer, please ensure that you review all of the Documentation for Hirers.
- You will receive an automated provisional booking email.
- If we can provide the room(s) as requested, and the booking is not less than 8 days away, we will confirm the booking, subject to receiving payment.
- If you are a one-off hirer, we will send an invoice, and payment, including the deposit, will be required within 7 days. If the money is not received, the booking will be cancelled.
- Use the room(s) booked on the day and time of the hire. Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up at the beginning and clear up at the end of your event.
- If you need to make changes or cancel, please provide as much notice as possible. Cancellation charges will apply as follows:-
- 31 days or more - No Charge.
- 15-30 days - 25%.
- 8-14 days - 50%.
- 7 days or less - 100% of FULL PRICE.
