Catton Village Hall Calendar

Welcome to our online booking system.  

Using the calendar below you will be able to filter for the month you require and check availability.  

Clicking on “New Booking” will take you to our online booking system.

There is the option to book just the Main Hall or both the Main Hall and the Derwent Room. If you require one facility, use the ‘displaying’ option to filter the facility/room you require, as the calendar will show availability for that room only.  

Please note that multiple bookings at the same time are allowed (for example, the Main Hall and the Derwent Room can be rented by two different hirers), if you wish to have exclusive use then you must book both Rooms.  

If you have any questions or would like to discuss your booking in detail beforehand then please contact us.

Please note all bookings are provisional until they are accepted by us. You will receive an email confirmation when the booking has been accepted followed by an invoice for payment.
