To make a booking at Carlton Colville Community Centre:
FOLLOWING A REVIEW IN APRIL 2024 WE ARE NO LONGER TAKING BOOKINGS FOR PARTIES
- Read the documents: Terms and Conditions of Hire, Hire Charges and General Information.
- Go to the calendar page. Check availability. Click on New Booking and fill in the form.

Please observe the following points as it will help you and the unpaid volunteers who run the Centre.
- Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up at the beginning and to clear up after your event.
- The Centre uses an access control system. Hirers will need to have use of a smartphone to enable them to open the Centre's lock and will need to provide the relevant mobile number at the time of booking.
- Please ensure that your booking form and payment has been paid within 2 weeks of requesting hire (and at least 1 week before hire is due to go ahead). Your booking will be confirmed once payment is made. If no payment is received your booking will not be confirmed.
- If you require cleaners please state this on the booking form. Please note that if you do not choose this option you will leave the hall as you found it i.e. tables and chairs put away, all rubbish disposed of and floors swept.
- Please ensure you read the "Terms and Conditions of Hire" and “General Information” thoroughly. This will give you the necessary information about gaining access to the hall, etc.
