To make a booking at Burton Leonard Village Hall:

1. Read the documents: Terms and Conditions and Hire Charges.
2. Go to the calendar page. Check availability. Click on New Booking and fill in the form.

Please observe the following points as it will help you and the unpaid volunteers who run the Hall.

• Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up at the beginning and clear up after your event.
• Please make sure that if you no longer need your booking it is cancelled at least 10 days before the relevant date otherwise you may have to pay for it. All decisions related to cancellation charges are at the discretion of the management committee.
• Please read through the "Terms and Conditions" which includes all necessary information about using the hall.
