About Brabourne and Smeeth Village Hall

We have two rooms for hire between 08:00 and 23:00 - the Hickmott Hall and a small meeting room .

Current charges for the whole hall and its facilities are £20/hour for one-off bookings  such as parties, with a maximum charge of £60 for bookings ending before 5pm.

Hickmott Hall

The maximum occupancy for the Hickmott Hall is:

• Dancing - 170 people
• Closely seated audience - 120 people
• Functions requiring seating around tables - 120 people
• Functions with dancing/seating round tables - 120 people

Small Meeting Room

The small meeting room can be hired for £10/hour and can provide room for approximately 20 people seated. This room is only let out when its occupancy does not conflict with Hickmott Hall users.
