To make a booking at Boughton under Blean Village Hall:

1. Read the documents: Terms and Conditions of Hire and Hire Charges.
2. Go to the calendar page. Check availability. Click on New Booking and fill in the form.

Fees From 01.04.2026

Monday to Friday up until 23:45  -  £30 per hour 

Saturday and Sunday up until 23:45  -  £32 per hour

Weddings (all day) until 23:45  -  £530 (plus £250 deposit)

Parties/dances/musical events (with 100 or more in attendance) up until 23:45   -  £32 per hour (plus £250 deposit)

Cleaning after an event £200.00

Night before access £30.00 per hour

Morning after access £30.00 per hour

Internet access £10

The deposit secures your booking.

Please observe the following points as it will help you and the volunteers who run the Hall.

• Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up at the beginning and clear up after your event.
• Please read through the "Terms and Conditions of Hire" which includes all necessary information including where and how to collect keys etc.
