COVID-19 – The hall has implemented new procedures in line with government advice, including sanitising stations and extra cleaning measures. The hall will be issuing amended T&Cs to include these changes when making a booking. We ask all users to adhere to new cleaning requirements and ensure social distancing as per the advice. To make a booking at Bishop Wilton Village Hall & Sport Fields:

Bookings can be made online using our live booking calendar or by contacting us directly. To book the hall, please:

1. Read the documents: Letting Agreement
2. Go to the calendar page. Check availability. Click on New Booking and fill in the form.

Please observe the following points as it will help you and the unpaid volunteers who run the Hall.

• Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up at the beginning and clearing up after your event.
• Please make sure that your booking form is complete (online or paper form) and payment is made in advance of your booking.
• If you have an alcohol licence, this must be signed off by the Management Committee, this must be done in advance of the event and displayed at the event.
• Please read through the Letting Agreement and ensure you agree with the terms set out.
