To make a booking at Biddulph Moor Village Hall:

1. Read the documents: Terms and Conditions of Hire and Hire Charges.
2. Go to the calendar page. Check availability. Click on New Booking and fill in the form.

Please observe the following points as it will help you and the unpaid volunteers who run the Hall.

• Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up at the beginning and clearing up after your event.
• Following your booking confirmation you will receive an invoice by email. Payment is required within the invoice terms to secure your booking.
• The hall has a licensed bar. You are not permitted to bring or consume your own alcohol on site. Please confirm if you require the bar on the booking form. Please note that the bar is free for evening functions, but costs £25 for children's parties. 
• Please read through the "Terms and Conditions of Hire" which includes all necessary information including where and how to collect keys etc.
