To make a booking at Baswich Church Hall:

  1. Read the documents: Terms and Conditions of Hire and Hire Charges.
  2. Go to the calendar page. Check availability. Click on New Booking and fill in the form.

Please observe the following points as it will help you and the unpaid volunteers who run the Hall.

  • Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up at the beginning and clearing up after your event.
  • Please make sure that your booking payment and cash deposit is with the Administrator at least 7 days before your event takes place, without these your booking may be cancelled.
  • Please read through the "Terms and Conditions of Hire" and “User Guide” which include all necessary information including where and how to collect keys etc.

Once you have submitted your booking form, we will be in touch to arrange payment as well as a £50 cash deposit, which is redeemable after the event upon satisfactory inspection (please refer to the T&Cs for details). Please note that your booking won't be confirmed until we have received payment  for both the hall hire and deposit.

If you are booking a weekly occurring event, no cash deposit is required and invoices will be sent on a 4-weekly basis.
