Bookings relate only to the specific rooms and days and times hired. Hire periods will be in 30 - minute units. A minimum booking of 1 hour is required.

If you are providing alcohol at your event then you need to request an alcohol license which will be charged at an additional £10.

Please note we no longer accept last minute event bookings less than 14 days before the date of your event .

The Kitchen and Unstocked bar area are shared facilities unless the whole building is booked. Please ensure these areas are kept clean for other hirers.

Please ensure your booking includes the time you need to set up at the beginning of your event and the time you need to clear up after your event. The site agent will unlock at your start time and lock up at your finish time.
