To make a booking at Bamburgh Wheelchairs:

1. Read the documents: Terms and Conditions of Hire
2. Become a member at https://beachaccessnortheast.org
3. Make a note of your membership number.
4. Go to the calendar page. Check availability. Click on New Booking and fill in the form.

PLEASE NOTE:

You will receive an initial email with a PROVISIONAL booking only. At this point the administrators of this website will ask our volunteer group if anybody is free to meet you at your requested time/date. We will then send you a CONFIRMATION EMAIL. 

**************To avoid disappointment please do not come to the venue without the booking having been confirmed.**************

• If you are using the wheelchair service you have special permission to park near to the wheelchair shed on the green. Please see details on venue info.
• If you are running late please let us know.
