Booking times should be entered allowing enough time for setup and take down. Standard booking times are Morning sessions 8am to 1pm, Afternoon sessions from 1pm to 6pm, Evening sessions 6pm to 11pm. None standard times can be booked if required by agreement with the booking administrator.

Before leaving please clean and tidy everything away, remove rubbish, make sure doors and windows are closed and leave the venue as you would wish to find it.

The standard costs for booking the Main Hall or the Committee Room are detailed in the Hire Charges . Individual rates for regular hirers must be agreed with the booking administrator. The price will be confirmed on your invoice.
