To make a booking at Astley & Dunley Village Hall:

1. Read the documents: Terms and Conditions of Hire and Hire Charges.
2. Go to the calendar page. Check availability.
3. Click on New Booking and fill in the form.

When you have submitted your booking form the Booking Administrator will confirm the booking usually within 3 days

Please note the following points as it will help you and the volunteers who run the Hall.

• Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up at the beginning and clearing up after your event.
• Please make sure that your booking form is with the Administrator at least 2 weeks before your booking
• Please read through the "Terms and Conditions of Hire" which includes all necessary information including how to access the hall.

For Multiple Bookings or to book over Multiple Days you need to sign up as a Registered Hirer.  To become a registered user simply click on  Hirer Logon . For instructions on making  Multiple Bookings please refer to the document below
