How to Book Ashill Village Hall
Booking Process
- Review our documentation - Read the Terms and Conditions of Hire and Hire Charges below
- Check availability - Go to the calendar page to view available dates
- Make your booking - Click on New Booking and complete the form
Hire Charges
Ashill Parish Residents: £8 per hour
Non-Residents of Ashill Parish: £12 per hour
Non-Residents of Ashill Parish (Regular Hire): £10 per hour
Additional Charges:
Heating: £1 coins (to be paid by hirer whilst using the hall via meter)
Payment Terms
Payment is by end-of-month invoice following your event.
Important Points
Please observe the following to help you and the unpaid volunteers who run the Hall:
- Allow sufficient time - Ensure you have booked enough time for setting up before and clearing up after your event
- Confirm your booking early - Make sure your booking is with the Administrator as early as possible before your event, preferably at least 1 week. The latest we can accept bookings is with 3 working days notice.
- Alcohol licensing - If you require alcohol at your event, you will need to apply for a Temporary Event Notice from Somerset Council. This does not need to be approved by the hall administration.
