To make a booking at Ardrishaig Public Halls:

1. Read the documents: Terms and Conditions of Hire and Hire Charges.
2. Go to the calendar page. Check availability. Click on New Booking and fill in the form.

Please observe the following points.

• Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up at the beginning and clearing up after your event.
• Please make sure that your booking form is in as early as possible before your event.  No later than 2 weeks before.
• If you have an alcohol licence form, please supply a copy to the Hall Administrator in advance of your event.
• Please read through the "Terms and Conditions of Hire".  The Hall Administrator will advise on where and how to collect keys etc.
