To make a booking at Alton Parish - Online Bookings:

1. Read the documents: Terms and Conditions of Hire and Hire Charges.
2. Go to the calendar page. Check availability. Click on New Booking and fill in the form.

Please observe the following points.

• Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up at the beginning and clearing up after your event.
• If you wish to sell alcohol at your event, please ensure you apply for a Temporary Event Notice or ‘TEN’ licence and send a copy to the office
• Please read through the "Terms and Conditions of Hire" which includes all necessary information including where and how to collect keys etc.
