To make a booking at St James's Church Centre, Alnwick:

Go to the calendar page. Check availability. Click on New Booking and fill in the form. 

*Note: We aim to provide a flexible service so if you are concerned that we may not have a room for you on a specific day it is worth contacting the Centre Administrator.

Please observe the following points as it will help you and the unpaid volunteers who run the Hall.

• Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up at the beginning and clearing up after your event.
• Please make sure that you book as early as possible.
• We do not have an alcohol licence and this would have to be your own arrangement in line with current legislation.
• Please read through the "Terms and Conditions of Hire"
• Following confirmation of your booking you will be provided with the necessary entry code at front door and wi-fi password if required.
