To make a booking at Aldreth Village Hall:

Go to the calendar page. Check availability. Click on New Booking and fill in the form. Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up at the beginning and clearing up after your event.

All booking are subject to our Terms and Conditions of Hire. 

Please ensure that any bookings you make do not directly follow other bookings, a minimum 30 min is required to ensure the hall is cleared and the previous hirer cleans surfaces before the next booking.

From 1st Nov 22, hire charges are £15 per hr, or £12 per hr for Aldreth residents and regular hirers. 

Please make sure that your booking form  is with the Administrator at least 5 days before your event.
