About Albury Village Hall

The terms and conditions of use are as follows: 

Facilities: 

  • The Hall is approximately 12m x 9.5m in size. There are 15 tables (6’ x 2.5’) and 90 chairs available for use
  • There is also a kitchen with basic facilities – including a hot water urn for tea or coffee, a limited selection of crockery
  • There is disabled access from the entrance facing The Street
  • The Hall should be left clean at the end of the hire period and rubbish should be taken away
  • A vacuum and cleaning materials are kept in the cupboard next to the kitchen

Payment: 

  • An invoice will be emailed to you at the end of the calendar month before your booking (i.e. for a booking on 10th May, you will get your invoice on 20th April.
  • All details of how to make the payment will be in the email, and we will request payment within 30 days of the invoice
  • If you are a first-time booker, you will see a security deposit of £100 included. This will be returned to you within 14 days after your booking, on confirmation that the hall was left as found. Any damage will be taken from the deposit, including any labour.

Keys: 

  • The keys are held in a key safe attached to the wall alongside the door to the Village Hall – we will send you the code with the booking confirmation.
