HOW TO BOOK FOR YOUR EVENT

Before starting the booking process please -

• Read the TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF HIRE to ensure that you event will comply
• Read the HIRE CHARGES document.   Please note these prices will be finalised once the exact nature of your booking is determined and agreed.
• Check the date you require is available by clicking on CALENDAR 
• If the hall or room you require is available select ‘New Booking’ on the calendar

When making your booking using the on-line booking form or by telephone to 01234-340997 please ensure 

• you have allowed sufficient  time to set up and clear away at the beginning and end of your event as this must take place within paid period
• that you have booked all the facilities that you will need eg. kitchen, bar, changing room etc

AT THIS STAGE YOU BOOKING IS ONLY PROVISIONAL  and will be reviewed by the Centre Manager.  Once final timings and price are agreed the booking will then be held for seven days.   A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the hire charge will be required before the end of this seven day period.

The outstanding balance must then be paid within 45 days of receiving the final invoice for the hire. In the event that the hall is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances or as the result of government legislation all monies will be returned to you in full.

A security and damage bond of £250 is also required.  The Addison Centre will hold all details relating to your credit card but no money will be charged to the card, provided all areas covered by the hire agreement are left in an acceptable state and that the terms and conditions of hire have been adhered to.

Credit card details will then be destroyed.
