How do I book?

  • Visit the calendar page
  • Check live availability
  • Click New Booking and complete the form
  • Please read our Hall Rules Summary and Terms and Conditions of Hire before submitting your request

Some helpful info

  • Our calendar is set up to require at least 10 days lead time on bookings
  • Please allow for setting up and clearing up time within your booking slot
  • Bookings should be made and paid for at least two weeks before your event
  • We're volunteer-run so there may be a delay in response

Charges

  • Minimum spend: £50
  • Main Hall: £20 per hour
  • Meeting Rooms: £15 per hour
  • Discounts may be available for regular or recurring bookings

Payments

  • We accept payment via bank transfer and are working on getting online payments activated!
  • You'll receive an invoice from us with payment details
