To make a booking at 1st Creigiau Scout Hall:

  1. Read our Terms and Conditions of Hire and Hire Charges via the Documentation Link
  2. Go to the calendar page.
  3. Check availability.
  4. Click on New Booking and fill in the form.
  5. Once you have submitted your booking please wait for a confirmation email
  6. Once the booking is confirmed we will send an invoice to you via email.
  7. Please pay your invoice at least two weeks before your event.

Please observe the following points as it will help you and the unpaid volunteers who run the Hall.

  • Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up at the beginning and clearing up after your event.
  • We will meet you at the start of your booking to open the hall and show you where everything is.
  • At the end of your booking, we will meet you and lock up after you.
  • Please make sure that you confirm your booking and that we have received payment within two weeks of your booking.
  • If you have an alcohol licence form that must be signed off by the Management Committee please ensure the Booking Secretary receives the paperwork as soon as possible so that they can consult the Trustee Board.
  • Please read through the "Terms and Conditions of Hire" which includes all necessary information including where and how to collect keys etc.
